BOARD OF DIRECTORS

NATHANIEL (NATTY) HAGOOD
Founder, Board Member
After spending years in emergency services, I realized my true passion lay in shaping the future through youth education environmental stewardship. I decided to leave my job and dedicate myself to inspiring young minds about the importance of nature and the joy of sailing. By sharing my love for our waterways and their ecosystems, I aim to empower the next generation to become responsible stewards of our planet. This journey has not only fulfilled dreams but also ignited a sense of purpose in both myself and the youth I engage with.
Barron Reyes
Secretary, Board Member
Barron is a dog dad, devoted husband and ER physician serving his community at St. Johns Hospital. Barron is an advocate for all forms of outdoor recreation and believes in equal access to our beautiful wild spaces.

Sarah Kellogg
Treasurer, Board Member
Sarah, a partner at Logan Trial Lawyers, brings a lifelong passion for sailing to the Sail JH board.
Growing up on Long Island Sound, she fell in love with the water racing dinghies. Sarah’s connection to sailing was nurtured by her grandpa Larry, who was forever tinkering on his own boat, and her mother Amy, who believed the joy of sailing was something meant to be shared as broadly as possible.
After a childhood spent racing around the Sound, Sarah went on to compete as a Division I lacrosse player at Colgate University before earning her law degree from Boston College in 2014. Along the way, she never strayed far from the water; coaching junior sailing at the Larchmont Yacht Club, serving as the Waterfront Director at the Belle Haven Club in Greenwich Connecticut and teaching sailing at SailMaine (a community sailing program in Portland, Maine).
Joining the Sail JH board is, in many ways, a return to roots and chance to honor the family members who first put her on the water by helping pass that same joy on to a new generation.
